Today was a big day for us...
My stepson, Erik, moved out of the house. We helped him fill the boxes and loaded the cargo trailer. We'd known it was coming... the "BIG" moving day. But, I don't think that my husband was fully prepared for the change. Seriously, I'm not sure that I am either. Erik's quick wit and sarcastic comments will be missed around here. He keeps us entertained with his antics. I wonder if he'll stay in touch? Let's hope that he will. A couple of weeks ago, I did this scrapbook layout about my husband and Erik. I love the young energetic feel of the page.
This is my first post to my blog. I have to credit my friend, Ashley, with giving me the incentive to start my own blog. I promise it will be more informative in the future. Stay tuned...

I love the name of your blog, too! Hmmm, wish I had as good of a name...at least my blog's title has a pretty good story behind it, even if it is only an inside story and can only truly be understood by those few who were involved in the creation of it!
Step number one is completed...now you need to move on to step number two and you know what that is! ;) Make me proud, Mother Hubbard!
